These were great and a step towards our kids enjoying the flavors of enchilada's. The sauce was very mild and easy for them to eat.

I so enjoy watching your show and sharing these delicious meals you prepare for your family. I watched this epsiode and decided this is dinner for tonight. I bought a roasted chicken and followed your receipe. DELICIOUS!! My family loved it....the sauce is the best...and it was easy. Thank you!!!

It was great. I think I next time I would not "mini fry" the corn tortilla but great whole pan gone the first night

This is THE BEST enchilada recipe - even my husband LOVED them!! I used ground turkey (I added some sauce to ground turkey so it would not be so dry, "medium enchilada" sauce, and flour tortillas (which I did NOT fry and I did not "dunk" them in sauce and they were "simply perfect"!!! Thank you, Ree, for another great recipe which will become a staple in our household!! I love your show!!

This recipe has now replaced my original enchilada recipe. These were so amazing, the sauce was great and I also mixed the green chilis in with the meat mixture. Did not use black olives as we do not care for them. Used flour tortillas and they came out great. Served with a friends
recipe for Mexican rice. Delicious, will definitely keep this in our meal rotation.

This recipe was awesome! I don't understand any of the comments saying it was soupy. I bought the extra large corn tortillas which are better for enchiladas, 7 1/2 inch diameter. I cooked the sauce as directed and let it thicken and my only complaint was that there was not enough sauce! I bought another can for the leftovers and it was perfect. Next time I will try using shredded chicken as we love chicken enchiladas. Thank you Ree for another perfect recipe.

My family loved this recipe!! We made the large pan of these enchiladas but had hardly any leftovers after feeding 6 adults. I did have a make a few without the green chili's since my daughter isn't a fan of them. Otherwise, great recipe and will make again!!
