Really glad I watched the video or I would have missed the Gorgonzola, bacon, and caramelized onions.

I'll use King's Hawaiian rolls, they just seem to be the right size and flavor for sliders.

Added my own "secret" ingredient...a tablespoon of bacon fat! Cooked them the White Castle Slider method...poked 4 small holes in the middle (they close up and steamed by placing over caramelized diced onion, covered pan for 3 minutes. Tender, juicy and very flavorful!

These were awesome! I made just like recipe and my husband was very happy! I generally don't care for a burger, but I like the texture of these.

this is my first time ever writing a review. This recipe was good, I try to follow the recipes swhen cooking to be fair, so if I do write an review it will be true to the recipe. The only thing I did different was diced some onion to put in the meaat mixture. Great recipe, my family loved them even tasted good left over! Thanks!

I really liked these. I added minced garlic to the meat mixture because I add garlic to everything. Another winner from Ree.

These were great. The burgers stayed juicy without being overpowered by a marinade.

The sliders were delicious! Next on my list is your Flat Apple Pie.

I am a 53 year old Southern girl and that's the way I cook. I also tried your mac and cheese recipe. I enjoy cooking your way...it is so different from my southern style, it was simply refreshing to try a new style of cooking. I just love your show...wish I could hang out with you guys and bring my 7 grandkids with me to work on the ranch for a day...lol.
