    I have always added Worcestershire sauce to my meat, but never cream. Man, did it make a difference. These little burgers were moist and delicious. I made them for a crowd of guys, and they inhaled them all. I did the toppings bar with crumbled pepper bacon, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions and blue cheese. Huge hit!

    I love cream! Have been using it in my burgers for years. Ran across a recipe for James Beard 's Favourite Hamburger years ago, was skeptical at first but it is definitely a winner.

    OMG I would have never added cream to ground beef but it was AMAZING!!! Extremely juicy and flavorful! Highly recommend!

    I would never have thought of adding heavy cream to hamburger meat, but WOW, it was heavenly. Talk about a big hit with the family. I did the side bar of grilled onions, different cheeses, mushrooms, salsa, pickles ect... There is just something magical about carmelized onions and beef. : Try this, you'll be glad you did.
