This recipe is so easy to follow. I made it in my large crockpot and set it on low for 8 hours and it came out perfect! So delicious! Can't wait to make it for my extended family when they come as its perfect to feed a large crowd! Thanks Ree! Keep 'em coming!

I made this for the 4th of July and my family gave it rave reviews. I cooked a 10good pound pork butt and used Coke. I served it with King's Hawaiian buns andif my home made BBQ sauce. It was so tender and just the right amount of spicy. I will definitely add this to my recipe collection. Easy to fix and serves a lot of people.

Crowd pleaser!!! I cooked this for my daughter's christening and received lots of compliments. I also used a 7 oz can of chipotle peppers and that was just right. I suggest removing the seeds from the peppers if you like milder flavor. Next time I cook this, I will use Barq's Root Beer as my liquid and season more with salt and less with pepper.

LOVE this recipe. I only had a 7oz can of chipotle peppers so I used that and it was the perfect amount of heat. At the end sprinkled some cilanro on the top for brightness. May have again for 4th of July!

Soooo Easy and yet so tasty!! WOW SPICY! My kids cried but I gave them a Roll with butter and put the pork on it and it was perfect for them. I made a roll with coleslaw with a pile of it on top and couldn't stop eating it!!!! Oh I used a crockpot for over 9 hours on low... I have full time job eesh and it still came out perfect!! Going to try with chicken breast next time. Power to the redheads!!!! Thanks Ree!

I don't understand what everyone is fussing about. I used 2 cans of chipotles in adobo sauce AND a can of just adobo sauce. All 3 of my kids LOVED it...even the 7 year old. This is a great recipe with great flavor! P.S. The second time I made it I was out of Dr. Pepper so I used Pepsi...do not make that mistake. It wasn't very appetizing.

Absolutely amazing! Perfect spice level! Paired perfectly with the cilantro cole slaw. I loved the freshness of the cilantro on top as well! Incredible.

Awesome! Made a half recipe using 2.5 lbs of meat in the slow cooker. Made sandwiches topped with pickles, BBQ, and slaw.
