One of the best pulled porks I've had/made! I had only a 3lb pork so halved the other ingredients; I couldn't get chipotles in adobo sauce so subbed chipotle salsa and only had cherry dr pepper. It was divine that night and the leftovers too! Served on cute little honey wheat hawaiian buns. Hubby love it; he doesn't like heat like I do so the salsa was probably a good thing for him but I will be trying the recipe with chipotles next time. Regardless this is tasty and fun meal I plan to make a LOT! Thanks Ree!

My husband and I love pulled pork and I do believe that this is the best that we have ever had. I will be making it for a long time. Easy Easy Easy.

Love it. It is so easy to make and the flavor is out of this world. My family thinks it's the best pulled pork I've ever made. I've definitely added it to my go to list of meals I know everyone will enjoy.

Fantastic! I made this in the slow cooker on 'low' for 10 hours and it was delicious. Even though I'm a vegetarian, everyone at my dinner party loved it. I cut back on the chipotle peppers - only one 7 oz can and it was plenty spicy. We would definitely make this again.

Chipotle peppers in adobo can be found in the mexican section/international of the super market. Remove the seeds before cooking if you want less spice.

This is a great and super easy recipe for awesome pulled pork. I saw the episode where Ree makes it, and she pulled the chilies out of the pot when she pulled the pork out to shred it. This step isn't in the recipe!! I pull all but maybe one or two out, then used the immersion blender to purée the sauce/onions, then threw the pulled pork back in. It was amazing and the heat was perfect.

This was amazing after I tweeked it. I was afraid this would be too spicy so I only used 9-10 oz of the can of chilies. I cooked it in a slow cooker on the suggested settings for meat. I cooked for 7 hrs. I tasted the juice once it was done and it was SPICY. I removed the meat and let it rest on a cutting board while I strained the juices in the pot. There were a ton of seeds in the liquid. After I removed all the solids the juice was perfect! It was sweet with just a touch of heat. For those of you who like it hot you can skip the straining or add the onions and chilies to the shredded meat. It was DIVINE!

I did this recipe for the football playoffs and everybody loved it!!! I did it in the crockpot and it it turned out very tender and i only used the 7 oz can of chipotle and adobe, but i think i will use the 11 oz next time cause it gave the meat a great spicy bite. Bought some nice rolls and made great pork sandwiches. This is my new pulled pork recipe. By the way you can fing the chipotle peppers in adobe sauce in the can at Foodmaxx. : I love your show Ree! thanks
