The flavor was wonderful, and they cooked in hardly any time. I just wish there was a way to keep them warm longer. They sure taste delicious!

My kids loved them!!!!! I was thinking about making them for supper tonight over rice. I never thought of using steak this way! ( i buy a 1/4 beef side every fall and always looking for a new use of the meat

So good and so fast! As other reviews have noted, you don't need to cook the steak any longer than 30-45 seconds on each side. I served this for dinner with baked potatoes but will also make as an appetizer for parties (will serve with blue cheese dip and toothpicks very soon. A new favorite at our house!

My daughter BEGGED me to make these, and they were delicious and so easy. She says that Ree makes food which appeals to grown-ups and kids, so we will try more!
