I made the crust mixture in the food processor, adding the oats last so they didn't get too fine. Used apricot jam. They turned out YUMMY!! The perfect afterschool snack :

I tried this recipe today and the results were awesome. this recipe is so easy to make and has so few ingredients. I made two batches one with strawberry jam and one with black berry jam. My husband loved them. I like that you can probably make these any flavor you want.

Love these bars!!! Just made them last night for my children for a snack option for the week, we LOVED them! This will definitely be one of our regular homemade snack recipes. I love how versatile this recipe is. You can use whatever flavor jam/preserves you want and it turns out fantastic. The recipe gets an A+++++++++++++++++++++! :

Oh my HEAVEN! Didn't have any strawberry jam so I threw my home made marmalade in them. My GOODNESS! I used 1 3/4 sticks butter, perfect, moist, flaky, delicious. I love you Ree!

I made this last night as an alternative for my kids for breakfast. We're moving away from poptarts and nutrigrain bars and on to real ingredients and real food. This is perfect! I made it with a margarine I had in my fridge that's made with yogurt. While I won't be replenishing my fridge with this item, it made these bars really gooey which is awesome! (I used the 1 3/4 sticks equivalent from the recipe I used the rest of a jar of cranberry apple cinnamon jam that a friend made. Since they were such a success, now I'll be playing around with the ingredients. It's a great recipe for experimentation. Thanks Ree!

We can't stop eating these!!! I used all organic ingredients and they are a favorite in this house. My only question is, do they need to be refrigerated? Love The Pioneer Woman!

These were absolutely amazing!!! I used Apricot Simply Fruit spread and it was delicious. The recipe above calls for 1 3/4 sticks of butter - I watched the episode again and Ree used 2 sticks of butter. I followed the recipe as listed and it turned out great- slightly crumbly, and looked a little different then how it turned out in the show. Next time I will use the full 2 sticks. I typed it as it written above in the WW recipe builder, and it is worth 5 pts------ not too bad!!

I made these after watching last Saturday's episode and my husband and I both thought they were delicious. I used my Kitchen Aid mixer to mix everything together nicely and used all sugar-free ingredients. It worked out great and I would definitely recommend it. Can't wait to try it out on my grandkids!! Everything I have made from the Pioneer Woman has been absolutely delicious.
