OMG!!! These are so easy and great!! I made these for my sister's bake sale and they went with in 5 minutes. They were so easy and quick to make. I was told I have to make these again and again. I think next time I will make with different fillings. Blackberry and apricot sound devine.

I first made these for a girls retreat and they looooooved them. I served them warm and they were magnificent. I also made these for my husband and he looooooved them. They are rich and buttery and you can use your favorite jam. So far I've used strawberry, concord grape, and raspberry . . . they're all delicious! Lots of people ask me for the recipe and I simply send them the link to the Ree's Food Network site. I made one batch with half as much jam and added walnuts; they were crazy good! The walnut made them healthier (so I felt more virtuous eating them and they added a warm nutty flavor. Reducing the jam gave them a firmer texture. I highly recommend it!

two sticks of butter, a cup of brown sugar, and a jar of jam, of course they're fabulous!!! I just took them out of the oven and my house smells great. I've eaten a few already, not a good sign! I made them with Smuckers Red Plum jam, and cant wait to try blackberry, strawberry and every other berry! Mine are still warm, and I'm hoping they firm up a little so you can hold them without them falling apart... I'm sure they'll be perfect! I'm using a food processor next time like some have recommended as my hands got tired using the pastry cutter (I hate those things!!
Enjoy a few today... then hit the treadmill because they're FATTENING!

So delicious! I will literally make this for the rest of my life! This is a great recipe because you most likely have the ingredients in your house already. Great as after school snack or breakfast in a hurry. My family devours them!

I made these yesterday...just as the recipe says and they were DELICIOUS!!! I am definitely going to make these more often and just change up the jam flavor. Wow, who knew it was this easy to make these kind of bars at home and they taste so much better than any store bought cereal or oatmeal bars. Love love love Ree...and her recipes!!!

These were FANTASTIC!!! They are moist, very flavorful, easy to make and absolutely spot on as far as taste!!! Even my picky husband had to agree he loved them!!! Would give 6 stars if I could..I even made my own strawberry jam by using fresh strawberries, very cousely chopped, sugar and lemon...reduced down and cooled....OMG...was so good!!!!
