These are perfect! I used my homemade low sugar grape jelly and my kids went crazy over these. Will surely make these again!

I love this recipe! I make a similar one with dried cranberries. I am thinking of making my next batch with raspberry preserves and almond extract..

REALLY BUTTERY AND NICE PLAY OF FLAVORS AND TEXTURES. I USED OLD FASHIONED OATMEAL AND STRAWBERRY PRESERVES. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS GETTING THEM OUT OF THE PAN. NEXT TIME WILL USE PARCHMENT PAPER. BUT AN EASY AND REALLY DELICIOUS TREAT, TO BE ENJOYED OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Love this recipe! made it a few times with different fillings. It's super quick and easy, I whipped it up after dinner last night with concord grape jelly, served it with homemade vanilla ice cream! yum!!

I followed the recipe exactly and loved the results! When I was patting the dough mixture into the bottom of the pan I was concerned that I would not have enough for the top layer, but it worked out great and both layers baked into each other. I am glad I followed the recipe and didn't add more preserves when I thought it was not enough - too much of the preserves would have made it far too sweet! Can't wait to try this with a pumpkin or fig flavor preserve for more of a fall treat! My kids and husband gave it a thumbs up!

So easy and such great flavor. I also used parchment paper on the bottom of the pan but it does make it a bit slippery to pat the crumb mixture in. The ratio of 1/2 for the bottom and top doesn't need to be exact. When it bakes it all works out. I made the recipe exactly as is many times and its great. I also tried 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter in the batter. Great! Also sprinkled toasted chopped pecans on top!

Delicious!!! I used strawberry jam and blueberry preserves in the middle. I did have to add a bit of water to get the dough to stick together, but thats about it. I also lined my pan with parchment paper which made it incredibly each to lift the bars out of the pan after cutting them.
I brought half of my batch into work and everyone LOVED them. I will absolutely be making these again! Plus, they are a healthy snack and a LOT better for you than store-bought granola bars. Im not sure I can go back to processed granola bars again! Thanks Ree!

Delicious!! The recipe was super simple and the end result was super tasty. I can't wait to try it with blueberry jam and I'm going to try a version with sugar-free jam.
