i thought these tasted great, but the cooking time needed to be extended. Make sure the paste is really covering the exposed squash area or it dries out.

This recipe is yummy! A big hit in our family and not something we will save just for Thanksgiving.

This is wonderful. I like the wedges as I have a lot of mouths to feed as well. It was a big hit with everyone. Thanks Ree.

Never thought to roast squash, and it's a good idea! Some reviewers said they would keep the squash halved- I personally won't do that, because I don't think the paste would flavor enough surface area that way. I think it would stay in the bottom of the "bowl". I used dried rosemary instead of fresh, and halved it. I think the dried rosemary was still too strong, so I next time I will quarter it. But it was very good, and we will feast on this throughout the winter!

Big hit! Everyone went back for a 2nd serving, which had me thinking that I wish I'd only halved the squash to hold all the yummy butter mixture. Will definitely make again.

Awesome recipe. Next time I'll keep the squash halved and not cut the halves further into quarters, to keep the butter mixture inside the squash: the sugar burned when it melted off the squash and hit the baking dish.

Recipe was very tasty and much better than others I've made. I love your recipes, Ree. I do think there may be a little confusion about the wording of "Use a spoon to scrape out the 'stuff' inside" which could be misconstrued as scrape out everything, including the squash. Better to say "scoop the seeds and stringy pulp out of the squash cavities and discard"

Excellent! I usually make candied yams for Thanksgiving but I saw this recipe on TV and decided to give it a try. This is now a new family favorite. EVERYONE loved it and asked for the recipe. I will be making this again soon. Thanks Ree!

This was so easy, took it to a potluck Thanksgiving and it was gone before you turned around. The Rosemary was wonderful, never would have thought to pair the two! Definitely would make again for myself
