Super tastey, but time consuming - and mine looked nothing like Ree's. Flavorful and yummy - even great with eggs the next morning for breakfast.

I made these for Easter dinner. When I was combining the ingredients the mixture seemed way too dry, so I added milk and mashed again. That seemed to do the trick--everyone loved them.

Made these tonight. I also had to cook longer than specified and still had some a little undercooked. The recipe could have used a little moisture, as I felt the completed dish was a tad bit dry. All and all...still VERY tasty! I used the extra little potatoes to add to the filling!

I had to cook my potatoes longer than specified and I added some milk to the filling. With these adjustments they came out great, and everybody loved them! I will definitely be making them again.

I will need to try making this recipe again. My potatoes took longer to bake than 20-25 mins. and they did come out dry. I noticed the mixture was on the dry side when combining; but thought between the sour cream and cheeses, they would help the mixture moisten as they melted during baking. It did not. I've tried lots of Ree's recipes and they were all delicious; so this one needs another shot!

Wanted to use up my russet potatoes. Had to cook a bit longer but these were yummy. Next time will use the new potatoes and make sure they are cooked for the right consistency.

Very Good! It is important to make sure your new potatoes are equally sized to make sure they cook evenly. Will make again!!!

    One word: DRY!
The flavor was good, but way too dry. Maybe needed a little milk or butter?
