Follow the recipe exactly and you will come out with an amazing side dish. I've made these several times for dinner parties and they are always a guaranteed success.

These are delicious....my new go-to recipe for twice baked potatoes (have always used Silver Palate's. Would be great as a casserole, and next time, I thought I'd combine Paula Deen's shrimp stuffed potatoes by adding to this recipe the Cajun seasoning and shrimp.

Made these for a family cookout and everyone loved them. Made them in the morning and baked off right before dinner, worked out well. Great flavor! Even had left overs for the next day. Can't wait to make them gain!

When I make this recipe, I add ranch dressing to the mixture. I mix all the cheese into the mixture. Place on baking sheets in freezer until frozen. Remove from freezer, wrap individually in foil and return to freezer for a quick and easy snack or light meal in a hurry. They will keep up to 9 months to a year depending on how well they're wrapped and how heavy duty the foil.

These were amazing! This was the first time I had ever tackled twice baked potatoes, but the directions were simple and they turned out wonderful. They were a great addition to a New Year's Eve dinner with friends and will probably become a popular side dish around our house!
