Great recipe! have had a million different 'twice baked'...but for some reason, these were really good. perhaps because she used red potatoes. made a great New Year eve dinner!

Thank you for this recipe. I have tried several things from your recipes and since I myself am married to a farmer and a mother of four, you have become my favorite. Thanks for this recipe

These potatoes were great. I made these for a family dinner and every one loved them. I followed the instructions exactly except for the milk, I used as much milk as I needed to for the filling to become the consistency that I wanted. I believe that this recipe will become a regular in my home. Thank you Ree for a great recipe.

My family loved these! My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy so we eat alot of potatoes. He liked these so much he already asked me to make them again. He referred to them as awesome potatoes! I had some left overs of the potatoe filling that I used a couple of days later to top a shepherd's pie.

I made these today for a dinner party tomorrow. The recipe in Pioneer Woman's Cookbook stated 1/2 cup milk, the recipe here says 1 cup milk. I used 1 cup for the 8 potatoes and it was soupy and runny. I then baked two more potatoes added those, and boiled 6 more new potatoes and mashed them into it. Now, it's pretty gummy and the ratio of ingredients are off. Please change the on-line to the correct amount 1/2 CUP MILK, not 1 cup. Makes all the difference. Now, I am on my way to the store to buy 8 more potatoes and will start over. I even fried my own bacon!!!!! So upset. PS I am a great cook and am 61, and I have made stuffed potatoes hundreds of times, it's the recipe, not me. Why didn't anyone mention this in their reviews??????
