    These always turn out great whether I cook them for a crowd or just for my husband and I. Tonight was just for us and I used only 2 potatoes. I adjust all the other ingredients to our tastes and health needs especially the butter. To adjust for that I use low fat butter milk along with low fat sour cream. You still get the creamy texture and the tang. Thanks Ree.

    These are incredibly delicious! The best part is that they freeze and reheat well. Just a minute or two in the microwave and VOILA!. . .another meal just got complemented with a delectable side!

    Loved this. I baked the potatoes the night before so it all came together so easy. Also, instead of having to cook bacon, I purchased several slices from the deli at our supermarket - I love bacon but hate cooking it I have been eating the leftovers all week for lunch. Yum. BYW I love the show - wish I lived on a ranch! Super cute family.

    Yippee-ki-o-ki-yea! This was the best twice baked potato recipe I've ever tried. My husband loved them! Next time we make a whole tenderloin we will definitely make it the way Ladd did, swimming in butter, and these twice baked potatoes will be right along side. Thanks for sharing your country recipes! Love the show. Can't wait to see more.
