Very good! I only used 1/2 the butter but still think it was a bit too much. Froze half of them and they reheat wonderfully!

Super Yummy! I cut the recipe in half knowing my family could only eat half of one these potatoes. I of course increased the amount of bacon ~ everything is better with BACON!

tasted great. i missed the slight crustiness on the top, so i may crank up the oven temp next time. and i think a smoky cheese like gouda mentioned above would be great

Probably the best twice baked potatoes I've ever had and I didn't even add the bacon. These could be a meal all by itself with the bacon. Can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

I want the instructions for the beef loin on the grill. Was going to make it tonight...in an hour! And thought I could just come here and get the recipe.

Oh wow, these are the most incredible potatoes I have ever had! I'm a picky eater and just in the last few years making potatoes, my husband on the other hand could survive on potatoes alone. He would not stop raving about these and how they were the best he had ever had either!! This is a 5-star dish in our house now. Oh, and I did leave out the sour cream in ours and they were still great!

I made this last night and my family loved it! My 14 yr old said they are her new favorite potato dish. I cut the recipe in half since there were only four of us - there wasn't a speck left! I also baked it in a caserole dish instead of restuffing the potato skins. So yummy!
