I made this soup and it was awesome. I cut up some extra jalapenos and and had a little extra chicken and chesse and made quesadilla as a side item. This made an excellent dinner.

I made this soup last night and it went in one sitting!!! I made more than the actual recipe called for; didn't quite double it, but began with maybe 9 cups of broth. Increased the beans by 1 can as well as the fire roasted tomatoes and added a can of corn. I only added the juice of 1 lime but had slices on the side for those who wanted more. Well let me tell you. Normally I can get two meals out of soup I make. Not this one!! The kids actually finished it up during the night while playing video games!!! LOL....I wanted some for lunch today!!
This definately is a keeper. I can even see making it without chicken or even adding some rice on the side. But whever....it sure is delicious!!!!!

I've made this soup twice, and both times it came out spectacular. Each time I added some diced green peppers and some frozen corn as well, upping the health quotient a little more. My wife, my sister, and my sister-in law all loved this dish. It is not too spicy, but it has enough bite to let you know it's there. The flavor of the cilantro with the lime juice is really quite awesome. Also the chicken, by being cooking in the soup, absorbs a lot of the juices, so it is quite flavorful and juicy.
My wife wants me to keep making this soup every week or so!

This soup is awesome! I used some taco seasoning instead of just salt and pepper and made sure to DRAIN the beans before adding them in. Such a good recipe, and makes the best leftovers!

Made it for my family, they all loved it. Has a nice kick to it from the peppers, full of flavor. Only had two chicken breasts but it easily made enough for 5.

This is a great soup! I only had two chicken breasts on hand, but that was plenty! I also added a random can of green beans and it was a nice addition. Actually, you could add any of our leftover veggies and it would be great. Don't forget the lime, it really adds a lot to the dish.
Enjoy!

I don't have to go to the Mexican restaurant anymore! It was sooo yummy. the lime juice and cilantro really top it off. I added grilled/roasted corn, and it was yummy!

This soup was so easy and so tasty. Even my 5 year old son gobbled it up. I can't wait to make this for family and friends.

Made this for Chirstmas day. Fell in love with it. Nothing bad to say. Already plan on making it again.
