    Everyone was so impressed. A great success! I skipped out on the lime just cuz I'm not a big fan of lime. I added a few dashes of salt, pepper, and seasoning salt and it was perfect. I also used about 5.5 cups of broth instead of 6. I seemed to make it seem like there was more good stuff in the soup instead of broth.

    I made the mistake of not removing the ribs and seeds from the jalapenos and it was unbelievably spicy! We couldn't eat it. However, without that much heat, it has a very nice flavor.

    My boyfriend and I are obsessed with this soup. It's unbelievably good for how quick and easy it is. Highly, highly recommended.

    Quick, easy and delicious. It can be made with ingredients that you probably have on hand or can easily substitute. My kids loved dunking the tortillas in the soup.
