Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ac'cent
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer (recommended: Adolph's)
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil (recommended: Wesson)
  • Rib-eye steaks
Directions
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Rub dry mix into steak with hands, making sure to coat both sides thoroughly. Pour oil over steaks, massaging onto the steak with hands. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Bring steaks to room temperature before grilling. Grill steaks for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until preferred doneness.
