Disappointing. I found that the chicken patty lacked flavour, it was pretty tasteless. I would think that there would be a lot more flavourful cheeses available. I also had trouble with the patties charring in the pan, even when I greatly reduced the heat. I would think this charring was a result of the ricotta.

This was dinner tonight with a salad.
Everyone loved the taste of the sliders.Great way to use chicken and ricotta. I used only chicken breasts.. I did not however use the dressing recipe. (Scared of that Store bought Kraft Thousand Island dressing works great.
Love your show Jeff and hope to see more.

Soo much flavor. Finding a way to put ricotta into anything is a great idea. He is funny, personable and look forward to him every week. Glad he won, he proved me right.

Keep making delicious sandwiches Jeff, we love you.

LOVE, LOVE, the Sandwich King.. He brings laughter to my Sunday mornings, and I love his stories. His sandwiches taste delicious and are fun to make. It's a family affair and now a tradition making Jeff's sandwiches on Sundays.!!!!!

I actually tried the sliders with actually stuffing the ground chicken. I added avocados, cucumbers, and 2 chunks of cheddar cheese to the ricotta and filled the ground chicken with it. They came out great. So thanks for the recipe and letting me think outside the box.
    I love your show.

Giada often states that Ricotta is not a melting cheese. But, thought I would try this recipe and it was average at best. I know FN provides your testings and, for that matter, the selected recipes but this just doesn't have the flavor one would expect. I do find you entertaining - sort of that kid in high school that was class clown and fun at all the parties.
