    Just made this recipe tonight, oh my gooshta,awesome!!! I made everything on the grill, used monterey jack cheese. This will be a sandwich which will be made again.

    This sandwich has layers of flavor! The toasted bun gives it just the right texture you don't feel like any corners are cut on flavor. I will be making this again and again.

    SO surpised on how much flavor this had! i did just a couple things differently, that i think added to the dish:

    1. i used artisan-type rolls that had a bit more crunch to them, but that got nice and soft when the bottoms were grilled with the butter and garlic powder

    2. substituted roasted red peppers for the tomatoes. added better flavor.

    3. i used slices of provolone cheese instead of the string cheese. melted perfectly over the mushroom

    4. i sprinled a little balsamic vinegar into the mushroom caps before cooking just to keep them moist and give that little extra bite of flavor.

    will definitely make again!!

    I made this for my husband and I for dinner. I only made one a piece and he wanted another one. So easy, so quick and soo delicious. I'm on the hunt for more hungry girl recipes!
