Had the roasted pork and it was delicious. The black beans were good along with the sweet carmalized plantains. Service is fantastic and staff is very friendly and accomodating. Love the vibe

We went to Glendale just to eat at Mambos Cafe, wow was it worth it. The food is amazing and the mojo is amazing with the tender pork. This recipe is a staple in our house now. You still cant beat going to Mambos everything is EXCELLENT and the owner greets everyone, very friendly place.
