Roasted broccoli, yum yum yum! Forget steaming forever! Easy to do, simply delicious and gives the broccoli a terrific flavor. Didn't use the butter at all, didn't miss it one bit. Great recipe!

I make this all the time with a different recipe. However I just use a drizzle of olive oil garlic and salt and pepper. I really don't think adding two tablespoons of butter at the end should be called " get healthy" I am sure it is excellent though.

My husband and I enjoyed this tasty alternative to having broccoli with dinner. Followed the recipe as noted except added parmesian cheese for a little extra taste. Will definately do this recipe again!
