This was a great technique and variation with the marmalade and other whole-fruit spreads and preserves! I love Alex; she always gives you something good to eat! I'll be using this for those weekday meals to give a good old fashioned family dinner.

Loved it! So so easy it is a keeper. No need for the oven so just ignore that. I used skinless chicken and it was fine.

What is the oven for?? I did not find this to be a keeper. I will stick to the standard oven baked and have an orange marmalade sauce over the top. The skin on my chicken is crispy and the marmalade is not to sweet but very tasty. I agree Alex is a very stuffy not so friendly attitude!

    This Recipe sounds very good...
except, I never saw an anwer to "babyandre's" question about:
"Why do you heat-up the oven to 450 degrees"???
Where would you use the Hot Oven for this recipe??

I am 12 years old and I made this by myself. I thought this recipe was very good but it was a bit dry. I brought to a big neighborhood party and it was the best thing there. I liked this recipe.
