Roasted New Potatoes and Onions

Ingredients
  • 15 small potatoes, each quartered
  • 10 small onions, each quartered
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Toss potatoes and onions in olive oil, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Place potatoes and onions around lamb in roasting pan.
