Roasted Pecans

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 2 cups pecans
Directions

Melt unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. Pour this mixture over 2 cups pecans, tossing to coat them. Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until nuts are beginning to brown. Remove immediately to drain on paper towels.

    I added a teaspoon of worcestershire and they were great.
    not quite spicy enough. but i just put more cayenne in.
    I left out the Cayenne (personal choice) and they were perfect! Thank you
