Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz can roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 lb goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
