Watched Ina's show this morning and she made this. Seemed a bit odd, grapes and sausage. But since my husband loves sausage and peppers but I don't, I thought this would be a good one to try.
My wonderful hubby being the master chef in the house, he made this for me tonight and it was wonderful!! We had it with mashed potatoes, as she suggested, and opted for sourdough bread.
If you don't usually like spicy sausage, try it with this. The sweet from the grapes really mellowed out the spice. We will put in a few extras for us next time, though keep the mild for the kids, who also couldn't get enough of this dish.
A change to be made next time? Double the grape/wine sauce. It was great and there just wasn't enough!
