What a great, quick meal! I did not have any lemons to zest but I was able to use 1 tsp of dried lemon peel seasoning. I also did not have celery seed so I used a little celery salt. I made the mistake of salting the breasts before I coated them; don't do this if you use celery salt! I also doubled the paprika. The chicken was very moist as promised. This is NOT a spicy dish. You could add more cayenne or something else if you wanted to amp up the flavor. As it is, it is a very flavorful bite.

I've made this recipe a few times. Always juicy and delicious. I actually marinate the chicken in the mayo for about 20 minutes before placing on baking sheet. And I always cut the salt amount in half or more...first couple times it came out way too salty! And I don't salt the chicken anymore before placing in mayo. And I use olive oil mayo instead of regular mayo.

My teenage daughter made this for me. I was pleasantly surprised, absolutely delicious!! I must admit that when I saw her making it I was very afraid. lol . She wouldn't share the recipe with me. She is away at college now, so I went searching on internet and I found it. This site will now be in my favoritesfavorites.

This was a great recipe. It was tasty and easy to do. I added the lemon zest and the whole thing was so fresh, mosit and just wonderful. It was not spicy at all and everyone loved it. I will make this again. Great job.

Such a great recipe to throw together when you didn't think you had anything to cook! I had everything except the celery seeds so I used a 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt instead and omitted the extra salt in the mixture. Really good and the chicken was so juicy. I gave it 4 stars because one of my kids did not care for it, but if she had, then it would have been a perfect recipe for my picky family.

I like most everything you guys do, but this one seemed out of balance flavor wise. The celery seed was just too strong and the dish tasted too salty. It needed less. I would also back off on the paprika. Now, the mayo idea, I thought was a great one because it helps with moisture. As my little nephew would say "I don't love it." Sorry. I love MUCH of what I try from you though! :-

Tremendously good! This has great flavor and heat, and the lemon is a nice addition. The key here is not to overlook...I like to take the chicken out just before it is done and wrap it in foil to finish cooking and rest. This is a great weeknight recipe - quick and flavorful!
