Absolutely loved this chicken! It was extremely moist and flavorful! I didn't have cayenne so I added about a teaspoon of chili oil and it was great! Great job, guys!!
Sidenote: To complete this meal I did made Giada's citrus & fennel salad and chicken flavored rice. All worked well together!

Not good at all. A waste of time, good ingredients and money. One of the very few recipes I've ever thrown out.

This was easy and tasty! I cut a couple of yellow potatoes in half, put the mayonnaise mixtured all around them, put them face down on the baking sheet and had yummy potatoes with the chicken! Will defintely make this again!

Fantastic! This chicken is so moist and has just the right amount of spice. I will make this dish often.

Made this recipe tonight and both my husband & I loved it!! The lemon flavor comes through and makes this taste so light. I used the amounts given to "slather" 7 chicken breasts and it was plenty. Will definately make this one again!! Good job Paula!

I made this tonight for dinner after watching the rerun on tv! I halved the recipe because it's only me and my fiance. The only thing I added was some panko bread crumbs, because I love the crunch! The chicken was very, very moist and had a nice spicy kick to it (I added a bit more than a pinch of cayenne. I personally did not find it too salty, I kept tasting the mayo though. I was not a big fan of it... I agree with someone else who posted that it added a "fishy" flavor to the chicken. My fiance loved it though, he would have gave it a 5/5.

Gotta agree with annedet. I cooked a "test breast" and it came out too salty so when I made the rest I used the mayonnaise mixture sparingly. Good flavor though, next time I'll use a 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
