Very easy to make and the chicken was so tender and juicy. Leftovers were even better--made them into a burrito!!

Really good, and not spice at all with the amount of cayenne that is added. If you wanted it more spicy just add more.

Oh may goodness, this was great!!! I used chicken tenderloins that were partially frozen. Cook them for about 25 mins. Yummy recipe.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I've made it using other cuts of chicken - it's fabulous with thighs and makes them even more juicy - but you need to adjust the cooking time. We've always left the skin on the chicken, because, let's face it, the skin is the best part! Going to try cubing the breasts and putting them in a salad tonight - should be fantastic!

My family enjoyed the recipe. For the chicken breast I had though, the baking time should have been shorter. They got a little dried out.

It was great! I had just purchased two organic, free-range chicken breasts. I omitted the celery seed, cut the chicken into bite size pieces, and then I tossed the chicken in a half size portion of the dressing. Those were the only changes I made. I baked them in a convection toaster oven, and since the chicken was cut into pieces, they cooked VERY quickly! It was delicious, especially the subtle hint of lemon.
