Made this last night and it was a big hit with my son and husband. Wish we had leftovers for todays lunch! Will make this again.

This chicken is fantastic. I serve it with a little adobo/cumin seasoned rice and adobo seasoned zuccini. You can't beat it.

I really liked this recipe, as did my husband. The chicken was juicy and all the different ingredients gave it a very vivid flavor. I made a few changes, though. I did not add any celery seeds and added some garlic. I also used only one lemon, as I thought two would make it too sour. Overall I'm pleased with this recipe and will definitely be making it again.

Tremendous dish. Followed the recipe except only had one lemon on hand so I used zest of one lemon and added about 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. My non-white-meat-chicken-eating husband loved it! This will definitely be made again!

Pretty darn good!! I did a few little substitutions - I used celery salt instead of seeds (I omitted the salt in the mix, lemon juice instead of zest and I upped the cayenne pepper since I like spicy food. I also added some grated parmesan cheese to the mix. I used a pastry brush and just glazed the tops of the chicken breast so that the flavors didn't overwhelm the taste of the chicken. When it was done, I sprinkled bread crumbs on the top and broiled them until they started to brown. Came out awesome, the chicken was nice and tender and the flavor was unbelieveable!!

I think Bobbie is onto something. I made this 'to the letter' and it was delicious. The next several times I made it, I used lo-fat mayo and amped up the lemon zest-that made it perfection for me. (Note: This preparation does not freeze well. This also tastes very good cold - I'll slice leftovers;toss with romaine/baby arugula salad;olive oil/lemon juice dressing. So, make enough to have leftovers- you won't regret it.

Not bad at all. Easy weeknight dinner. I used the leftovers to make a chicken salad over tossed greens the next day. Yummy!

Funky....and not in a good way. Had to blow my diet and eat something sweet afterwards just to get the taste out of my mouth. seemed like it was going to fast and tasty, fast worked....tasty not so much. TLR
