    I cook A LOT, and I am a very good cook. This recipe was awful. The order of the steps was just wrong. The potato pancakes needed seasoning. The creme fresh need way more hot sauce ( I used asian thia chili sauce and lime juice than called for. The avacado-bacon relish had good flavor but the size of the avacado chucks was huge. The biggestproblem were the potato pancakes. Poor poor reciepe. Stick with Tyler, Mario, Ina and Giada
