This is the BEST salad dressing EVER! Use with any salad that could benefit from a sweeter dressing. I made a different salad (lettuce, arugula, diced apple and blue cheese, but it doesn't matter. Make this dressing, especially if you have some fabulous PURE maple syrup from Quebec or Vermont.....
