I was a little leery about making these for my family who prefer not to try new things. But I gotta hand it to you Robert, my family loved them. I couldn't find the rolls you recommended, so I had to use mini Kaiser rolls. Besides that I followed the recipe to the letter, but doubled all amounts for extra. Good thing, because I am having them for lunch. I also am going to try this as a mini meatball in chicken soup.

We used King's Hawaiian bread rolls as the bun for this, it was a perfect match! Delicious!

I made this recipe as part of menu for 250 people this past weeked for a benefit for our daughter. Can't tell you how many folks raved about the sliders. They were so easy to make, and I just multiplied the quantity to support 15 lbs of chicken. I used 10 lbs of breast mean and 5 lbs of thigh meat. It came out so nice a juicy and the tast was incredible.
Definitly going to make this one again. Thanks Robert.
