Way too salty. I think i'd rather just stir fry with oyster sauce next time.

This recipe was simple to make, and it turned out great. The beef was so tender, and the sauce was very tasty. I omitted the mushrooms (husband won't eat them, and added snow peas instead. I also added one small red chili pepper (sliced into thin ribbons for a little heat. Delicious!

Excellent stir-fry, can be done a moments notice if you have all the ingredients on hand. Good balance of flavors and textures. My wife and I are using stir fry for health/weight and thus I cut the meat down to 6 oz. This is my third use of this recipe and is among my favorites.

My first stir fry where my husband ate seconds and I'm looking forward to lunch tomorrow. The beef marinade was very tasty. Since, I didn't have bean sprouts I added broccoli spears and julienned carrots in it's place with dried flaked peppers for some heat. Very good recipe, Robert : Mmmm.

This was my first time at making a stir fry so I was a little apprehensive. I found there was no need to be as this recipe is easy and wonderful! My hubby, who isn't real crazy about oriental dishes went back for seconds. I did add broccoli and pea pods when I added the mushrooms and onions, just for some green.
