    This blows dorm food completely out of the water! The chicken was tender, juicy, with a little bite to it. Paired with the salsa...major yum! Since I would be a candidate for Cooking Impossible, it did take me more prep time, but the end result left all of our tummies very contented. :

    Perfect Chicken and sweet tangy salsa. The chicken in this recipe is delish. Looking forward to the second round tacos!
