I was very excited to try a different way for fry chicken boy was it different, first of all i always believe that you have to preseason for TASTE using the seasoning from the flour mixture did'nt work. I no that they had to have alter there measurements cause for 24 pieces with 1 tsp salt come on i had 9 wings and that did'nt give it no taste had i not preseason it ,i'll say be generous at least 1 tbsp. And for the cayenne thats no cayenne its more like floured cornmeal chicken terrible. Was this Cayenne fried chicken intended for grown ups or kids cause this was made for Disney Dinner Dash please say its so that way i get it. I never tried any of his recipes but i wanted to explore but lets say i'll stick to who i have enjoyed over the years and cooks like they are in there own kitchen.
    Thank You
