Easy and delish! I added some capers to the sauce and it turned out really good. I sauteed up some onions and mushrooms on the side. Great dinner, quick and easy.

Really easy, fast & flavorful; The technique, which makes for a tender & juicy chicken, is applicable for a brown sauce with mushrooms as well or red sauce with mozzarella.. use your imagination...Thank you!

Really nice. This was quick, easy and tasty. Rather than using plain salt in the flour mix, we used Seasonello, an Italian spice mix with salt, rosemary, sage and garlic. We will make this again.

We live close to Anna Maria's and after seeing the show, we decided to og there for dinner. It was wonderful and will be going back. The Chicken Francese was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed our visit very much.

Really good! I did take the suggestions of another reviewer and cut the lemon juice in half and replace some of the chicken stock with wine (I did half wine half stock, deglazing the pan with the wine before adding the stock.

I love that it is made with nothing but things I always have on hand so it's something I can always turn to in a pinch for a quick dinner. My only negative is that the sauce ends up a little thin.

My roommate (I'm the cook in the household commented after dinner: "This is a keeper!" so I guess I'll be adding this to my regular repertoire.

I loved the chicken in this. I also deglazed the pan with a little white wine then added everything else amazing. I think the lemon is a little potent so i recomend adding a little less
