    I loved this recipe! It was easy and tasted as good as our favorite chinese restaurants recipe! I added 1 cup of peas and carrots as my own variation, and I didn't have sesame oil, so I used some sesame seeds that I cooked with the chicken, and it came out so good everyone had seconds! Thanks Robert!

    Very easy to make and even without modifications, this recipe is as good as any Chinese restaurant fried rice.

    This recipe made me look like an Asian gourmet cook exemplar. In fact, I didn't change a thing, and it was SO good that my daughter claimed it could stand right up there against any of her favorite Chinese restaurants. I think that the sesame oil is the secret in putting this dish above the competition. I marinated the chicken strips for about an hour before frying it. A perfect, perfect dish which surprised even me, who preferred pork fried rice before this. Thank you, Robert Irvine. We love your shows.

    I made a couple of modifications to this recipe. If i had cooked as written it would have gotten one star. I used Kathy Cary recipe to marinade my 2 chicken breast.I only used 2 cups of rice. Anyone making this recipe need to use her recipe for the chicken awesome. I did as some of the previous reviewers did by adding veggies, more sesame oil and soy sauce. I also added ginger and garlic. The dish i prepared is a 5 star. Marinade a must try Asian chicken salad.

    This was an awesome recipe! I added green beans mushroom and carrots also general tso sause the archer farms brand instead of the sesame oil and it was a lot tastier.

    Thank you Chef Irvine!!! It was AWESOME! I am not a good cook at all and even when I have a recipe, I can sometimes mess it up but this recipe was quick, easy, and it tasted amazing. I live in a small town so variety in food is limited. It is great to know I can cook this type of food at home!!!

    This recipe was very bland. I added more sesame oil and more soy sauce than it called for. Wont be making again. Pretty disappointed.

    I'm a native New Yorker and have had authentic chinese food in manhattans' china town. This recipe was ok,but FAR from authentic. It certainly lacked in authentic chinese fried rice flavor. Oh well, back to the drawing board!! Will look for an authentic chinese fried rice on one of the "AUTHENTIC" chinese food sites!!!!!

    One word.....Amazing! The chicken was flavorful and great all by itself. Easy to make. Tasted like good homemade chinese food, not like takeout or anything. My go to fried rice recipe. Trade in shrimp for something tasty as well.
