The best CTM recipe I have tried so far - this is the one I'm sticking with from now on.

Note: The reference to tomato paste as a substitute for 2 cups tomato puree has been removed.

Full of bright flavors, and easy to put together. About as authentic as you can get with a CTM dish.
Must disagree slightly with a couple of the reviews. I let the sauce cook down a bit longer, but found the amount was just about right. If anything, I'd reduce the amount of chicken.
Note to Food Network: The tomato paste is a typo--should read puree or sauce. I can't imagine using 2 cups of tomato paste.
    Excellent dish!

The sauce is fantastic, I really enjoyed this and it did not take long to whip it up. I did half the sauce as suggested and I'm glad I did it was more than plenty to soak up the rice and for dipping. Thanks for a great recipe. A solid winner!

Easy to make and flavors are perfect. My one complaint would be the sauce. Robert suggested either tomato paste or tomato puree. My instinct was to use puree, but not wanting to be wasteful, I bought a 18 oz can of paste because all the puree selections were 28 ounces. Forget about simmering to reduce, the sauce was WAY too thick as soon as all the ingredients were added. Also, the sauce is WAY too much. I threw over half of it away, not because it was not good (it was great, but because there was just too much.
I will make this again, but next time I will use puree and cut the sauce recipe in half.

First I need to apologize to Robert! I though "what in the world was he thinking 1 TABLESPOON of CAYENNE pepper!!!" I mean I love heat and all but....needless to say, at the last minute I thought okay I am going to try it just like he says. Low and behold....WOW! The balance between heat from the cayenne and sweet from the cinnamon the coolness of the yogurt and all of it combined was amazingly wonderful! My husband raved and I ate 8 skewers to myself!!!! The sauce can probably be cut in half as I had a ton leftover, even with dipping!!! I served it with a chick pea salad had the chicken over couscous cooked in chicken broth...
Fantastic....Thanks after all Robert, you rock!
