This is one of those times when simple equals tasty. Like other reviewers I also used white wine, which added a nice flavor. Old Bay wasn't available so I used a seafood seasoning that I could find in our grocery store - worked just fine.

This recipe was so simple. We are a family of five. I cut the recipe in half and still have left over for lunch. The sauce was vey rich in flavor.I did add one clove of garlic and parmesan cheese. Steaming the clams in their shells in the sauce really added that restaraunt touch. I spent $36.00 for the entire meal plus a crusty artisan bread. Every one loved this meal.

The recipe I used for quick easy lunch/dinner, although I added 1/4c. Vodka or white wine, 1c.Fresh basil, 1/2c. sun-dried tomato, and 1c. black olives, & grated Parmesan adlib.
