This is so different from a traditional "Thanksgiving dinner stuffing", but fabulous. Have made it twice since and the family loves it. The new standard here.

ABsolutely the best stuffing I've ever tasted. Family and friends repeatedly request it over the holidays! I found that it's best to thoroughly mix the veggie broth a little at a time -- too much and it can get a little mushy, even after baking. Folks who';ve never tasted leeks or don't think they'll like them will love them. Recipe doesn't say to cover the casserole dish or not -- I don't, so the top gets nice and crispy and brown. And do use Pepperidge Farm stuffing!

The whole family loved it! Even my "Stuffing Haters" have become stuffing lovers. Already have requests to make it again for Christmas. Thank you Chef Robert!

I do not like stuffing and I am not a fan of Leeks either but this stuffing was delicious. There was none left over by the end of the night. Thank you Robert Irvine

This was a such a hit last year at my in-laws Thanksgiving dinner (and all I had brought of it was the leftovers from our own meal earlier that day that I was told I am responsible for bringing the stuffing each year. It was simple to make, tastes delicious, and a crowd pleaser! Robert Irvine's recipes are always a hit with my family - they are practical, easy, and taste great (and don't require trips to specialty stores.

This stuffing is absolutely delicious! We have been making it for Thanksgiving for the past 3 years and we get nothing but rave reviews from all who taste it. Now it's requested every year. We even substitute out veggie sausage crumbles for my vegetarian husband and it is just as wonderful! The recipe makes a lot but you won't have any problem giving away the leftovers because your guests will fight over them!
