Love this recipe!! Best creamed corn ever. I used frozen corn and then put it in the crock pot to simmer on low for a hour to have a creamier consistency, but either way it was delicious.

I made this at Christmas and it was devoured. Everyone loved it. I used canned corn and it was still very good.

I have previously shucked corn in my freezer and was looking for something to do with it!! I didn't follow this recipe, exactly, but it gave me some ideas, and I went with it! This corn was already VERY sweet, all on it's own, so I didn't add sugar. I used condesed milk instead of cream and instead of Parmesan cheese, I used a Mexican cheese mixture, already shredded in the bag. I did this up and used it as a base for stick to the ribs fried chicken breasts. Actually, I took one huge *****, cut it into 3 pieces, filayed it, pounded it and battered it. Made several servings and with this corn, a great meal!!

I've made many variations of creamed corn and this is a family favorite. Quick and easy and the parm cheese is a nice addition. I microwave the completed dish for about 5 minutes after mixing. I lile to serve it hot but it doesn't stay on the table for long!

I have made this dish a few times. I can say that use only fresh corn and this dish is one that should be done right before your meal.

    Other than that, its OK

I substituted Asiago cheese for the Parm and baked it in a casserole dish for about 15 minutes just to solidify and get some browning. Delicious.

Great recipe. I cooked frozen corn and used light cream, topping it with julienned basil and the results were just so delicious. I will definitely include this recipe for a holiday side dish

Tasted so fresh and yummy! Not too many ingredients either. I substituted fat free half and half for the heavy cream and it was still so good! My guests commented how fresh it tasted...Will definitely make this again!!!
