This is so easy and tremendously tasty and flavorful,People constantly ask me for the recipe and fresh herbs from my garden to make this.Also for grape tomatoes from my garden since they grow year round here in florida.This is another perfect recipe Chef Irvine !!

Have made this several times at home. Kids like it(although with less sauce, and have made it for our church womens club(100 ppl. I don't label it as creole or they think it'll be too hot. The sauce is very nice, although a little too hot for the northern taste buds in general, I added some honey and finished the sauce with some butter to mellow it out for the older set.
They've asked me to come back and cook again.THANKS SO MUCH for the wonderful dish.
