Really great dish and super easy. The second time I made it I added a little cyan and a little hot chili powder to give it a little zing and it turned out even better.

This was so quick and easy to make and very tasty! It is probably one of the few restaurant-quality recipes I have actually made with success!! I used white wine instead of vodka, beef broth instead of chicken broth and bacon instead of prosciutto. This will be one of my go-to favourites for a quick weeknight dinner.

Made this recipe last night. My wife had to work and came home very tired. This was a nice surprise for her after a long hard day at work.. She loved it and would like to have this easy to make meal once a week. My 11 year old had seconds and he is not a big eater.
Thank you Chef for a great recipe!!

Phenomenal!! Made this tonight and my husband and my 9 year old loved it! Addicting, hard to stop eating. Definitely restaurant quality! For the 1 cup tomato sauce I used a combination of diced tomatoes and Barilla sauce. Thank you Robert!

Soooooo good. I chopped the proscuitto and lightly fried it in a frying pan, then set aside for use later in recipe as I don't have a deep frier to "flash fry". This pasta was sooo good. Also only used half and half instead of cream and it was awesome.

I had this at the Italian Village Restaurant in Milmont Park, PA after I saw Robert revamp the restaurant on 'Restaurant Impossible'. Have been to the restaurant many times over the years but this dish will have me going there even more frequently. LOVE IT! Now I can make it for myself. YUM!

Always looking for a new pasta, I saw this on Restaurant: Impossible and my fiancé really wanted to try it. It seriously was so easy and quick! My fiancé thought it was the best pasta he's had in a long time and helped himself to seconds. I added a little shredded chicken and it was amazing! Highly recommend!
