We are a duck hunting family. For our Christmas party with 100 people last year, we made these. Most of our friends thought us disgusting to eat 'duck'. They said they didn't like duck. But, they ate these. Hands-down, THIS was the hit of the night with the women and men!! We had venison chili, meatballs, turkey, and all kinds of food. It was all eaten..but everyone's favorite, that they STILL talk about, were the duck wontons. We served them with jarred sweet and sour sauce. Make them!! Easy!!

I have to admit, I substituted pork for duck, at least to find out if I liked the recipe, before spending the extra money. The recipe was bland. I added WAY more seasoning to a later batch, and it was only a bit better.
