    I make the Filet Au Poivre portion of this recipe for every special occasion...and more!! EVERYONE loves it!!! I need to try the rest of the recipe we just LOVE the part that we do and don't want to mess it up! The garlic/salt/pepper crusts perfectly in the oven and searing always seals in the tender juices! mouthwatering!!!
