    It was really easy to make, and they came out awesome, even the last one came out good (there was only a little bit of mix left. By the way at the start it tells you it makes 4 but really it makes 6, but they were awesome.

    This is a pretty good recipe. It's quick and easy plus I always have the ingredients on hand so I can make this in a pinch. I was worried the nutmeg and cinnamon would be overpowering but it's a mild flavor. You can just detect hints of both. I don't like a lot of sweetness so I cut the sugar to 1 tablespoon. I might try a little more sugar next time, but I know I won't use the full 2 tablespoons.

    I've made this twice this week for my family and it's been a big hit. I used heavy cream instead of milk. This is definitely my new go-to French toast recipe! Delicious!!

    It was quite delicious, definitely a step up from the standard french toast. I felt it could have used a bit more flavor. I used salted margarine, and it gave the outer crust a sweet and salty effect, which was tasty. I would definitely recommend this recipe, quick and easy.
