Directions

Pulse 1/4 cup goat cheese, 4 ounces cream cheese and 1 tablespoon honey in a food processor until smooth. Hull and quarter 1 cup strawberries and transfer to a medium bowl. Halve 16 seedless grapes. Add to the bowl. Stack 6 mint leaves, roll into a tight cylinder and thinly slice. Add to the bowl. Chop 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger and add to the bowl along with 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans. Arrange 24 graham crackers or wafer cookies on a platter. Smear with the cheese mixture.
