I liked the recipe -It was simple and flavorful. I also agree with the other reviewer, however-as much as I like Guy-LOVE Guy, actually-and i like Robert Irvine as well-there is a dearth of real cooking shows on at night. For those of us who want to actually learn new stuff and see people cooking- and NOT cupcakes! Or competitive cooking! Or the same "celebu-chefs" over and over and over (a "culinary master", an "icon of the New York restaurant scene", a supreme authority of (fill in the blank cuisine" -the fawning over each other and their exaggerated self-importance is starting to wear thin-the network is getting stale...sigh.

DON'T KNOW WHERE ELSE TO PUT THIS COMMENT SO I'M WRITING IT HERE. WHY IS THE FOOD NETWORK RUNNING SAME PROGRAMS 4 TIMES IN A ROW IN THE EVENING.... THIS GETS REALLY BORING... NO MATTER IF IT'S GUY OR ROBERT.... WE NEED VARIETY IN THE EVENING.... SOME OF US ONLY ABLE TO WATCH EVENING SHOWS!! COME ON, FOOD NETWORK, DON'T GET MONOTONOUS IN THE EVENING!!!
